Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern all contractual relationships between Satinor Pty Ltd (ABN 20 582 463 387) (the "Seller") and any person making a purchase through satinor.com.au (the "Customer"). By confirming an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms in full. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Scope & Application

These Terms apply to all orders placed through satinor.com.au by customers located in Australia. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and accept these Terms without reservation.

Products & Availability

The products offered for sale are those listed on satinor.com.au at the time of ordering (mirrors, including Classique and Lumineux LED collections). Each product is accompanied by a description provided by the Seller, including dimensions, materials and lighting specifications where applicable.

Product photographs are as accurate as possible, however they may not perfectly represent actual colours, textures or finishes due to variations in screen calibration and display settings. Satinor Pty Ltd shall not be liable for minor visual discrepancies of this nature.

Pricing & GST

All prices on satinor.com.au are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of 10% GST as required by Australian law. The price displayed at checkout is the final price — no additional taxes, fees or delivery charges will be added.

Delivery: Free on all orders to all Australian states and territories. No minimum order value applies.

Satinor Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be invoiced at the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed by the Customer.

Order & Payment Process

Orders are placed through the Site. The ordering process includes the following steps:

  1. Selection of products and addition to cart
  2. Review and confirmation of cart contents
  3. Entry of contact and delivery details
  4. Selection of payment method
  5. Acceptance of these Terms and confirmation of payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption and are PCI-DSS compliant.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer during checkout. Full delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

  • Handling time: 1–2 business days from our North Kellyville, NSW warehouse
  • Delivery time: 4–5 business days Australia-wide
  • Risk transfer: Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer at the time of physical delivery to the address provided, or to a third party designated by the Customer other than the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

The Customer has 31 days from the date of delivery to return a product. Full terms are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Return shipping: Free — a prepaid label is included in every parcel
  • Condition: Item must be returned in original packaging, free of scratches, mounting marks or modifications
  • Refund: Processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return
  • No restocking fees will be charged under any circumstances

Consumer Guarantees — Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In the event of a non-conforming product (e.g. mirror arriving broken, LED electrical defect), the Customer may request a return, exchange or full refund by contacting hello@satinor.com.au. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights under Australian law.

Personal Data & Privacy

Personal information provided by the Customer is necessary for processing their order and managing our commercial relationship. It may be shared with third parties that contribute to order fulfilment — including delivery partners, payment processors and our e-commerce platform (Shopify). All data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Intellectual Property

All content on satinor.com.au — including text, images, logos, product descriptions and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Satinor Pty Ltd and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Any unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek resolution through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the matter will be referred to the courts of New South Wales, subject to your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law rights cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by these Terms.
