Shipping Policy

At Satinor, we understand that waiting for a premium mirror is an important moment. Because mirrors are fragile and valuable items, we use a rigorous dispatch process and reinforced custom packaging to ensure fast, secure delivery to your door — anywhere in Australia.

Delivery Area

We ship to all Australian states and territories — NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, ACT and NT. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Fees

Delivery is 100% free on all orders, regardless of order value or mirror size. The price shown at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees, no surcharges.

Order Handling Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays) from our warehouse in North Kellyville, NSW. Each mirror is individually inspected and packed before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–5 business days Australia-wide. Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5–7 business days.

These are estimates based on standard carrier performance and may vary slightly during peak periods, public holidays, or due to events outside our control.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM AEST. Orders placed on a business day before this time are entered into our processing queue that same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed starting from the next available business day. This determines when our 1–2 day handling period begins and does not guarantee same-day dispatch.

Packaging

All Satinor mirrors are shipped in custom reinforced packaging — including high-density moulded foam inserts and double-walled outer cartons — specifically designed to protect fragile goods across Australia's longest delivery routes.

Delivery Issues — Delays, Missing Parcels & Damage

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period, if your parcel appears to be lost, or if your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

If transit damage is confirmed, we will resolve the matter promptly in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy — including free replacement or full refund.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by this policy.
